THE ROLE:
An outstanding opportunity has arisen for an entrepreneurial and commercially focused Sales Manager to join a world leading provider of response restoration services supplying major insurers, loss adjusters and large corporate organisations. The successful candidate will be responsible for inheriting a highly effective sales team of four getting fully involved in training, mentoring and maximising potential of the team.
As the Sales Manager you will play a key role in identifying, developing and maximising opportunities within large corporate insurers and loss adjusters who are typically large complex organisations, it is imperative that the successful candidate has the ability to deal at all levels within the business to secure tender status, organisations are typically multi decision based with multiple points of contact and it is important the politics and company dynamics are understood in order to secure the business over one to three year contracts with the major insurers.

THE COMPANY:
Working on behalf of major insurers and loss adjusters, this international, market leading business specialises in response restoration services to minimise the consequences of fire, storm and water damage to get companies back in business or domestic dwellings back to normal as quickly as possible. Restorations are carried out by in-house trained specialists utilising state of the art equipment; typical restoration projects include production facilities, industrial facilities, commercial buildings, schools, shops and residential houses.

THE CANDIDATE:
•Experienced and proven in high level and structured business development within large complex organisations. The candidate will be experienced in responding to detailed tenders, developing long term relationships, and with the ability to influence clients so that the company secures preferred supplier status.

•An exceptional communicator at all levels and diplomatic negotiator.

•Demonstrable track record of success within product development and identification of new business and strategic key account management.

•Hands on and proven sales management background including training, mentoring, setting and implementing budgets/targets and development of sales team.

•Experience of strategic planning and market analysis facilitating sales development and influencing sales teams.

•Ideally although not essential experienced in or understanding of Insurers and Loss Adjusters with a sales orientated approach.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £45,000 - £55,000
Commission: Bonus scheme of up to six months of salary bringing the total to £67,500 - £75,000
Benefits: Company Car (Saab 9-3, Audi A4), + pension + healthcare + usual executive benefits.
