A successful London based IT Training Company is expanding and looking for additional IT Account Managers to promote our products and services. Due to continued growth we are looking for people with sales experience, ideally but not necessarily within the IT Training Sales field.
Our client is well-established in the field of delivering IT training to members of the public who wish to pursue a career in IT. It is a Microsoft Gold Partner and holds a wide range of valuable accreditations. You will be trained and mentored on responding to calls, emails and texts responding to advertising on both TV and a wide range of print media.
This is an ideal position for someone who has the ability to build immediate rapport and explain details of our offerings in layman’s terms.
Daily responsibilities will include responding to incoming calls and calling back enquirers who have sent in emails/texts; following calls through the sales cycle, and keeping track of this on the CRM; qualifying candidates and explaining different course options and payment methods.
This is a great opportunity for keen individuals to earn considerable commission payments as we operate an uncapped scheme.
This is a B2C position with NO cold-calling.
Skills Required
• Proven sales background, consistently high achievement of targets
• Building quick relationships on the phone and face to face.
• Using CRM system to log details, schedule call-backs etc
• Making follow up calls and ensure that candidates meet the requirement for the training.
• Clarifying other criteria in order to enroll Candidates.
• Ensuring that potential candidates understand course structure and terms and Conditions before enrolling.
• Explaining various payment methods and helping candidates apply for finance
