£25,000 Basic, £75,000 OTE plus additional benefits
Established in the early 1990s this IT reseller has enjoyed 25% year on year growth every year due to their unique approach and added value services. With a dynamic entrepreneurial streak running through the business the company are now 70 staff and enjoy surprisingly low levels of staff turnover in comparison to their competitors. Selling a wide range of IT Products and Services your role will be a combination of both new business development and account management and covering a region from Leicester to Milton Keynes.
To apply you will have previous experience selling IT products and services on behalf of a reseller and ideally will have received excellent product and sales training. As a person you will be highly driven and motivated by both success and the potential to earn. You will be resilient, articulate and highly approachable. The role is highly autonomous and will lead into Field Sales, if desired, within 9-15 months. Once in Field Sales there will be a basic salary increase, your account portfolio will be of a higher annual spend and you will receive a Company Car or Car Allowance.
