THE ROLE:
Telesales people required by a leading, midlands based provider of training solutions. An excellent opportunity for telesales people looking to progress their sales careers, within an expanding company. This role will involve selling a range of IT and Personal Development courses to clients across all sectors of industry including media, leisure, automotive, engineering, local authorities and finance throughout the UK. This will require a consultative approach, gaining a full understanding of the client's requirement and selling on the service levels provided.

THE CANDIDATE:
•Successful track record in a recent business to business telesales position.
•Excellent New Business Skills.
•Good Rapport Builder.
•Pro-active and Enthusiastic.
•Excellent Communication skills.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £16,000-£20,000 dependent on experience.
Commission: £23,000-£28,000.
