Our client is a family owned and run business that supplies a range of healthcare support products to businesses. They are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic and talented Telephone Sales Advisor / Internal Sales Executive to join their rapidly expanding business.
This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in increasing sales and expanding their business and would suit someone looking for a challenging but rewarding career.
Based in their busy Customer Service office, in this role you will be responsible for selling various healthcare products over the telephone to a variety of Healthcare businesses including care homes; NHS Social Services and trade distributors.
As a Telephone Sales Advisor / Internal Sales Executive you will be working alongside the external sales team creating new business and maintaining contact with existing Customers. You will be also required to provide administrative support, produce quotes and adhere to a follow up call strategy to maximise the opportunity from all sales activities.
To succeed in this position you will have previous telephone sales experience, preferably business to business. As a Telephone Sales Advisor / Internal Sales Executive you will also need to be an excellent team player with a good level of PC literacy and great organisational skills.
Any experience within the Healthcare market would be beneficial to your application, but is by no means essential as full training will be provided.
