Technical Sales Representative – Northern £25-£35k Basic + Commission
My client is part of a multi national group who are looking to recruit a Technical sales representative based in the North of England to work from the sales office in North Yorkshire. This company produce chemicals from raw materials to a wide range of markets. This role initially will involve mainly Account Management with the existing client base and some Business development. And will eventually become a 50:50 role. There is no required amount of time spent in the office for this position so candidates from a wider range across the country will be considered.
JOB TITLE: Technical Sales Representative
AREA: M62 corridor between hull and Liverpool. Some North East and Scotland
BASED: North preferably
BASIC SALARY: £25-£35k
OTE: Negotiable

THE COMPANY
* Natural Based Chemical producer throughout the UK. Part of Worldwide Organisation
* Current turnover in the UK of around £3.5m with large realistic expansion plans in place.
* Provide chemicals to very large client base in Plastic’s, food, rubber, pharmaceutical, lubricant and chemical companies
CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:
*. Young hungry and enthusiastic personality
* .A degree within Chemistry
* Sales experience within Plastics or chemicals. Preferably Polymer Technology
THE ROLE
* The role involves a mixture of both generating new sales as well as managing existing accounts.
* The successful candidate will firstly be dealing with mainly account management within the Plastics industry and within the first year expand into more Business Development
* You will be mainly based from home with no requirements for amount of time based in the head office.
