Our client is looking to enhance their management teams in store and as such have exciting opportunities for Assistant Managers, Assistant Manager Designates and Manager Designates - to join them and to contribute to their continuing success.

As part of the management team, you will contribute to the overall performance of the company by achieving excellence in sales, customer service and people management. You will continually motivate your team to achieve store sales targets and chase and maximise sales opportunities as well as maintaining excellent customer service.

You will also monitor, control and manage all store related costs. You will ensure that all procedures and practices, including Health and Safety, are adhered to by all members of the team. You will assist in the implementation of all company training and operational initiatives to ensure that your team are adhering to company policies and procedures and to ensure that they are reaching their full potential.

These are exciting opportunities for results-orientated individuals who enjoy the excitement and challenge of the retail industry. You will need to have customer service experience and the ability to excel in a sales environment. You will have initiative, ambition, self-motivation and a desire to succeed.  A strong sales background would be preferable although a positive, ‘can do’ attitude and a passion for retail is more important for this role. Training will be provided to build on your current knowledge and skills.
