A successful London based IT Solution Company is expanding and looking for an additional IT Account Manager to promote our products and services. Due to continued growth we are looking for people that have experience within IT Sales to hit the ground running and develop the diverse range of customers that we work with.

We are a Microsoft Gold Partner and as such the majority of the solutions that we sell are Microsoft-based. You will be trained and mentored on creating proposal for whole scale IT solutions including network installations, migrations, desktop rollouts and managed support services.

You will be responsible for managing clients ranging in size from 10 to 2000 users. You will be the main point of contact for all of the clients needs. This would be a great opportunity for you to develop your account management and business development skills.

This is an ideal position for someone that has a very high standard of customer care. You will also possess strong account management skills and a consultative approach to your work.

Will include selling IT related products including software, printers, computers and servers, through to full network installations and migrations. You will be required to Establish key contacts at target clients

• Working to KPI targets in order to improve customer care
• You will be required to produce detailed project proposal’s and quotes (training will be provided in this area although the candidate should possess strong Word Yand PowerPoint skills)
• Liaise with technical support when required to obtain information for project proposal
• Create presentations and present to schools, LEA’s or Governors as required
• Attend LEA seminars, BETT exhibition and other marketing events as required
• Promote the our brand at all times when liaising with clients
