Planned expansion has resulted in the need to take on additional bright, articulate senior sales professionals to join their existing teams operating out of the companies London offices. With the aid of an extensive contact management system, you will be responsible for selling subscription to the companies unique on-line delivery platform, pitching to Senior Directors of major companies around the world operating in one of the above verticals.
The sales process involves understanding thoroughly your prospective clients business and their future needs and tailoring a package of products to suit these. With average order values ranging from £5K to £8K going up to £60K, you will need to be capable of conducting a thorough fact find, an on-line demonstation and be a competent negotiator with impressive relationship building skills.
The financial rewards speak for themselves with top performers last year earning £90K, and many more taking home in excess of £45K on top of a generous basic of up to £25K. The company also reward success with rapid promotion to more senior client facing and/or management roles. They also invest a considerable amount of time and money in training.
So what are they looking for in return?
- Sales experience – ideally a minimum of 1 year in a new business focussed and competitive role (ideally B2B)
- Stability and Progression – longer than 12 months in each position, with upward moves
- Successful – must be money motivated and target driven (evidence will be required)
- Bright – not necessarily a graduate but certainly articulate and capable of being credible with senior business heads
