Senior Field Sales Executive - Security Solutions

THE ROLE:
This senior field sales position will involve selling a range of full security solutions, including access control solutions, CCTV and door entry solutions to councils, house builders, major contractors, security installers and electrical wholesalers throughout the London, South West and South Wales sales territory, and will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

THE CANDIDATE:
•Proven successful track record in a recent business to business sales position.
•Must have at least 1-2 years recent experience in the sale of a technical solutions/security type products to similar market places.
•Someone who possesses a real ‘spark' and unrivalled enthusiasm.
•Excellent rapport building skills. A memorable people person.
•First class new business skills.
•Tenacious.
•Excellent closer.
•First class relationship builder.
•Strong character.
•Superb communication skills.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £28,000-£30,000 basic (dependent upon experience).
Commission: £4,500 anticipated 1st year company bonus Uncapped!!!
