As a market leading LNG contractor, our client is committed to fulfilling specific client needs, using specialized engineering expertise and calling on over 40 years continuous experience in the low temperature and cryogenic sector.
They currently have an opportunity for an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join their expanding team in Darlington. The main purpose of this role is to provide a high standard service to existing customers, and to build excellent relationships with new customers to maximise revenue growth. Within this role your main responsibilities will include following new leads and developing business opportunities, understanding and monitoring competitor environments, preparing and delivering presentations and leading the marketing of the company.
The successful candidate will have previous experience of working within a challenging sales role and will ideally be educated to degree level or equivalent in an engineering or marketing discipline. You will regularly speak to their customers to recognise their needs so excellent communication skills are essential along with a degree of empathy and understanding. You should be a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, negotiation and influencing skills. Although not essential it would be an advantage for candidates to have knowledge of the Oil, Gas or LNG sector. |
