Our client is one of the UK’s leading dental payment plan providers, with approximately 80% share of the dental payment plan market. There are over 6,500 member dentists across the UK – approximately a third of practising dentists – caring for more than 1.8 million patients.
They currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Trainer to cover the Midlands. You will provide Introductory Training for new practices to ensure that they are equipped to achieve and exceed the recruitment of patients in line with targets that will ensure that their business is secured. Providing Sales and Skills Training will establish the dental practices to a high standard and demonstrate the value of a continued relationship with them. You will design, develop and deliver new training services as required while maintaining an excellent working relationship with the consultants in the field in order to liase with them to maximise the results of the training provided for business growth.
Candidates for this role should have previous training experience ideally holding demonstrable client facing experience and, although not essential, experience within the dental market would be an advantage. You must hold a flexible and adaptable approach to time / duties with the ability to work alone and as part of a team. As an individual you will have a positive, friendly and professional manner with anyone you come into contact with and will be able to communicate well with large groups of people at all levels. Travel within the UK will be required with a high level of mobility to travel to training venues and often stay away from home. The post will also require the holder to work from home when not delivering training. |
