As an award winning company, our client is a very successful under floor heating business that has enjoyed considerable growth over the last few years. Due to this continued growth, they are now looking to recruit an enthusiastic Sales Support Supervisor / Sales Support Team Leader to join their team.

Applying your talent for customer service, as a Sales Support Supervisor / Sales Support Team Leader you will be responsible for answering incoming sales calls from both retailers and end users, and reacting to the demands of customers in a professional and courteous manner. You will also assist the Sales Manager to ensure the efficient running of the department, and you will provide supervisory cover in the Sales Support Managers absence.
This role will also involve providing dedicated support for two specific Sales Representatives, making out going calls in the Sales Reps region, and handling incoming quotes and providing a quick turnaround – allowing you to demonstrate your efficient way of working, and your ability to ‘think on your feet'.
To succeed as the Sales Support Supervisor / Sales Support Team Leader you must have well developed sales support or customer support experience, ideally from within technical environment. You will also need a GCSE in English (or equivalent), along with a fantastic telephone manner, great communication skills, and basic computer skills using the MS Office suite.
