For the past 100 years, our client has established itself as a worldwide manufacturer and distributor of heating systems, air conditioners and sunroofs. Working with top names from the marine and automotive industries, they are reputable for offering state of the art technology. They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager to join their UK subsidiary office, based in Doncaster.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and enthusiastic Sales professional to play a key role.
In this field based role, as a Sales Manager / Business Development Manager you will be responsible for heading up the UK and Ireland Car and Bus sales activity. Your challenge will be to develop the existing customer base, and win new business with OE (Original Equipment) and aftermarket customers, focusing on car sunroofs and bus heating and air conditioners.
To succeed in this position you must have a proven hands-on sales record from within the automotive OE or automotive component supplier industry, and a sound educational background. Highly presentable, articulate and with the ability to communicate at all levels, as the Sales Manager / Business Development Manager you should also be self-motivated, enthusiastic and possess the highest personal integrity. Our client is particularly interested in hearing from candidates with experience in the commercial vehicle market.
