This role is a man management role within a company that has a pedigree that can be traced back over 300 years.  They sell an extensive range of products to the vehicle building marketplace in the UK via their employed sales people.  You will sales manage a team of about 6 sales engineers who are home based and cover the UK on a regional sales basis.  The most important thing is that you have been a successful sales manager actually managing a team of sales people coupled with experience of selling a manufactured product range.  Any specific marketing experience in addition to a track record in sales management would be a distinct advantage.
