Our client is an intimate hotel group with 8 unique properties across the UK.

All of the hotels have their own individual style and welcome. Some are discreet and intimate - the perfect country house hideaway in acres of landscaped grounds - others are set in the heart of town in fantastic locations.

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to join their established and hardworking team in Burnham.The primary functions of this role is to work in line with the Company’s policies ensure that the highest possible standards of service are offered. Generating sustained sales growth whilst maintaining the budgeted cost levels on all margins.

You will create effective working relationships throughout all departments, monitoring standards within the department and ensuring that guests expectations are adhered to and exceeded. You will control your department to enable you to meet targets as set in budgets, proactively market the hotel and provide weekly reports as directed by the General Manager.

The successful candidate will ideally have executive or sales co-ordinating experience within a hotel and leisure environment, possess a strong sales acumen and be able to visit with clients on a regular basis to build strong relationships and key accounts. Excellent communication and people skills are imperative and an ambitious and driven nature a must.
