• To identify and source new partners and ensure pricing levels are maintained.
• Participate in and develop marketing plans.
• Produce sales reports based on total and individual sales figures.

• Day to day management of sales staff to ensure individual targets are achieved.
• Day to day management of sales support staff to ensure that:
  • competitive quotes are being obtained from suppliers
  • product ordering and delivery is kept efficient and streamlined
  • Invoicing system is maintained to reduce outstanding debt
  • Produce sales reports based on total and individual sales figures.
  • Participate in and develop marketing plans.
  • Overseeing communications between sales department and technical support team.
  • Induction of new staff members in to the sales team.
• Management - Technical Support Dept
  • Overall management of the Technical Support department
  • Clearly defining expectations for handling projects; ensuring that staff are targeted and monitored against these; ensuring that each member of Technical Support has accountability for his/her actions.
  • Ensuring that project planning is implemented for all projects.
