Sales Executive – New Business – (6 Month Contract - Maternity Cover)

With leading consultants, content and technology, they are now looking to recruit a talented Sales Executive on a 6 month contract basis to join their team and help deliver a first class service.

Applying your proven experience, in this role you will be responsible for contacting potential prospects in order to promote our client's services. Your role will focus on qualifying sales potential by arranging meetings for the Field Sales team to attend.
Whilst delivering a first class customer service, as a Sales Executive you will also need to ensure you follow up on assigned leads and marketing campaigns, that the CRM system is accurate, and that you send out information in response to client enquiries. There may be the occasional requirement to also attend industry and client events throughout the UK and Europe.
To succeed as the Sales Executive you must have demonstrable experience of cold calling and telemarketing. Equally as important will be your proven experience of working as part of a high performing team, and your exceptional communication skills.
Any sales experience from within a service industry would be beneficial, as would a track record in supporting sales consultants, or experience in the learning and training industry. A degree level education (or equivalent) or fluency in another language would also be advantageous, but is by no means essential.
Additionally, as the Sales Executive you will need to demonstrate a professional and warm telephone manner, great attention to detail, and the ability to manage your own time. You should also be educated to A level standard (or equivalent) and possess a results-driven approach.
