Unbelievably they have only lost one member of staff during this period which is testament to their excellent working environment and bonus and reward schemes. They are currently looking to recruit new Account Managers due to expansion and the roles are ideal for an individual with a strong B2B sales or telesales background looking to enter a hi tech new media environment.
The company has a history of developing and investing into their staff and the management team has been organically grown.

You role, a combination of account management and new business, is to connect employers and recruitment agencies with quality job seekers at all levels.

The role, is predominantly office based with occasional face-to-face client visits and is highly solution oriented; generating wins and closing deals through detailed understanding of customer's recruitment advertising requirements. There are also many opportunities to increase account spend by upselling, cross-selling and account retention.

To succeed you will be bright, customer service oriented and proactive with a natural sales approach. You will have experience of experience of working within a target driven business to business sales environment and have the aptitude to hit monthly targets and overcome complex objections.

The absolutely ideal candidate will have sold local newspaper advertising or has some form of media or advertising sales experience. Alternatively, you may have knowledge or experience of working within the recruitment or HR sectors. To summarise they are looking for a consummate account manager with a proven track record of consistent over-achievement.
