Sales Executive, IT Sales, Banbury, Oxfordshire
£18,000 Basic, £50,000 OTE plus
Highly specialist IT reseller has offices across Europe and are looking for an outstanding individual to join their UK sales team in Banbury. This is a tough sales role that is not for the faint hearted and is extremely fast paced and continuously changing. As you are selling on a pan-European basis with prices and exchange rates ever moving this is an international buying, selling and trading role where the rewards are enormous.
Established 6 years ago this specialist IT distributor has enjoyed significant year on year growth and has a dynamic entrepreneurial streak running through the business.
To apply you must be hard working, tenacious and have a burning desire to be hugely successful . You must have previous proactive sales experience, ideally in a targeted telesales environment, however as full training is provided previous IT experience is not required.
The company are looking for exceptional individuals that are looking for a 5 year plus role. As the bonus scheme is highly generous and easy to understand it is not beyond the realms of possibility that you will be earning £60K, £70K or £80K plus in future years.
To succeed you will be an intelligent, ambitious and have great commercial acumen; the kind of individual that always has an ‘eye for a deal’ – a market trader mentality.
You will be passionate, enthusiastic and one of the best in your team AND you must be able to prove this at interview i.e. league tables, testimonials and references.
You must be a stable character that is energetic, proactive and able to work autonomously. You will be a first rate communicator that likes to be busy and proactively makes things happen.
You will have a burning desire to be the best. The current members of the team are all high achievers outside of work either academically or in sports and as such they are looking for new winners!
