Sales Development Manager - Military Display Systems

THE ROLE:
Strategic sales development role, with a leading developer of specialist visual display systems for military applications. This superb opportunity will involve identifying and developing new business opportunities throughout the UK and Europe through MOD, defence, prime contractors, sub contractors, partners and systems integrators as well as maintaining and building on existing relationships with key accounts. You will be working on specialist projects with the MOD for land, air and sea applications including heads up, heads down and helmet mounted displays and intelligent crew station displays for remote weapon stations and battle management systems. This will require that you take a consultative and technical approach, developing the relationship and working closely with partners throughout the project. Experience of selling into this market sector is a requirement.

THE CANDIDATE:
• Proven track record in a recent Business to Business sales position.
• Experience in selling into MOD and prime contractors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Enthusiastic and driven
• Excellent relationship builder.
• Good electrical engineering knowledge.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: Up to £45,000
Commission: £60,000 OTE uncapped
