THE ROLE
As an office based Account Manager, your role will be approx 90% developing and growing existing customers and 10% new business.
You will be driving sales through developing strong business relationships with an existing portfolio, encouraging repeat sales, growing new business, following up quotations, negotiating pricing, occasional customer visits, monitoring market activity, working to budgets, liasing with external account managers and customer services, responding to customer requests and forward planning in conjunction with marketing.
YOUR EXPERIENCE
Overall, the keys to this role will be a driving enthusiastic approach to sales, a genuine comfort in dealing with business customers by phone, and the ability to build very good long-term customer relationships.
You will be familiar with an achievement focused role, and will be keen to put your mark on a team of individuals as motivated as yourself through your dynamic style and determination for results and delighted customers.
Your experience is likely to be in telephone or field based sales or account management, although if your experience is in a different area but you can show a real affinity for dealing with customers and a genuine confidence in phone based sales and rapport building, we'd like to hear from you as to why this role would be right for you,

SALARY PACKAGE
Basic salary to £25,000pa negotiable based on your level of experience plus bonus plus 25 days hol
