£22,500 (Basic) OTE £30,000
Our client is reputable for providing back office multi-channel software solutions to multi channel retailers and direct commerce companies. Offering a range of services and supplies from in-house developed software and training, to report writing and support services, they work with many well known names, including White Stuff, Lakeland, Isabella Oliver, Crew Clothing, Office Shoes and Lush Cosmetics. They are now looking to recruit a Sales Account Manager to join their client facing team.
This is an exciting time to join the company. It is growing fast, and with many new clients, there is scope for career progression into a management position for the right person.
As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for coordinating client accounts, and handling initial sales enquiries and requests for information.
With your great communication skills, you will also be working with clients regarding quotes, work in progress and timings; and you’ll liaise with the project management team to ensure a timely and efficient service. You are also required to work on lead generation for this particular software solution.
Additionally, as a Sales Account Manager you will provide office-based assistance for their tech support department, and you will ensure client satisfaction by establishing strong relationships with client personnel in the client base.
To succeed in this role you must have previous sales experience ideally within IT software sales. Candidates with a proven successful sales record will also be considered as full product training will be provided.
With your excellent telephone manner and communication skills, as a Sales Account Manager you will also need to be able to handle an enquiry, through to the client placing an order.
Additionally, you will also need to be an energetic, bright and enthusiastic individual with excellent organisational and administration skills, and a good educational background.
The ideal candidate will have software sales experience from within a warehousing, retail/mail order or new media environment.
