SALES MANAGER – BUILDING SERVICES & AIR CONDITIONING

Salary:  £40k to suitable candidate OTE £uncapped

The company is looking for a Sales Engineer to effectively cover the London particularly west London, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Director.

The role will involve selling the a wide range of Building Services, specialist air conditioning and heating products to key Commercial sector.

To succeed in this post you will come from within the HVAC industry and will be familiar with either heating or air conditioning products. In addition you will be an outstanding sales achiever who thrives on a challenge and has consistently exceeded targets. Applicants from outside the industry who can demonstrate the required sales skills/results will also be considered

THE ROLE

*A unique opportunity has become available to work with this market leading organisation as a Technical Sales Engineer /Manager selling air conditioning and air management units as well as their building services.
*This position will involve dealing with contractors and installers as well as mechanical and electrical contractors, facilities managers and landlords of business premises.
*The Technical Sales Engineer/Manager will have an 80% new business focused role, moving to 50% new business once the area is established.
*This position will include working from the office and being field based.

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

*This company is looking for an applicant that has sold heating, ventilation or air conditioning and/or building services.
*The successful applicant will have a sales proven track record.
*All candidates should be of graduate calibre and have a technical ability.

Gaining new business to promote the growth of the company can only be achieved by a Sales Manager who can demonstrate flair and initiative whilst remaining commercially minded and structured in their approach. This role is varied and will require a degree of account management and site visits; our client is looking for candidates who can continue their first class customer service.
