Retention Manager - Marketing - AOL Broadband - West London - £36-£40k
As the Retention Manager for AOL Broadband you will be responsible for retention activities to reduce broadband churn to ensure the company meets business churn targets.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
·Manage and execute projects and activities to help deliver the business plan targets of broadband -ending members
·Own the end to end process for delivering marketing to customers including creative execution and data planning, analysis on effect of promotion activity and recommendation for future initiatives across all available channels
·Work closely with Member Services to optimise broadband save and retention rates by monitoring competitor activity, network performance and developing attractive offers that encourage members to continue with AOL Broadband.
·Work closely with Finance, Operations and Member Services departments to identify area's of revenue/member leakage and work in project team to rectify these.
·Focus on improving in-contract churn rates through optimizing contract enforcement processes and developing ‘early tenure' retention communications.
·To provide weekly reporting to the Senior Manager on performance of activity versus budget and overall churn trends
·Use results reporting and research to contribute to strategy and identify new initiatives
·Work with the other areas of the business including other parts of Marketing, Business Planning and Product Management, Finance and Member Services to successfully deliver marketing campaigns
Knowledge/Skills:
·Solid direct marketing experience in a subscription based business
·Strong analytical skills
·Successful track record of managing others will be an asset
·Should be qualified to degree level, ideally a business/marketing or English degree

·Ability to work well in a pressured environment and to juggle multiple projects
