Regional Sales Manager – Healthcare Equipment
Field based to cover (1) North Thames/East Anglia, (2) Midlands or (3) Bristol/South Wales
Up to £35,000 (Basic) plus Profit-related Bonuses (OTE £45,000+ Uncapped)

With 20 years of experience, our client is a pioneering and unique manufacturer of pressure care equipment. Operating at the front of the healthcare industry, and with an award winning portfolio of state-of-the-art specialist products, their reputation is unrivalled for both quality and their service. They are now looking to recruit field based Regional Sales Managers to promote their range of products and services in the North Thames/East Anglia, the Midlands or Bristol/South Wales areas.
For this role our client is looking for a candidate that will share the company’s entrepreneurial ethos to evaluate future products and market opportunities, and who will relish working closely with the management team whilst driving new business forward.
Selling primarily to the Community Sector, in this role you will be responsible for generating new business, chasing contracts and managing key accounts. With your ability to think on your feet and your enthusiastic approach, you will be required to gain an in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and quickly build strong rapport with healthcare practitioners. There are 3 positions available and our client from is keen to hear from candidates in the following areas: North Thames and East Anglia, the Midlands, Bristol and South Wales.
To succeed as the Regional Sales Manager you must have significant sales experience, preferably with a background in pressure care equipment sales or a related healthcare industry such as control of infection. You should also demonstrate good technical experience/ability to enable you to hit the ground running.
Although first class training is provided, you will need to be very personable, motivated, flexible and determined, with exemplary communication skills. In a nutshell you will be a high achieving team player, with experience of operating in a challenging environment, who can deliver success at pace in an organised and structured manner.
