Regional Managers are at the core of their success. They are responsible for promoting the institute to employers, individual managers, universities and a wide range of management development professionals. At the same time, they continuously strengthen and stimulate their membership by providing advice and assistance, overseeing high profile events, and collaborating with a thriving volunteer network to raise the Institute’s profile.

Of graduate calibre, the ideal candidate is a chartered manager who has demonstrated a real impact on the ‘bottom line’. Innovative and self motivated, you will be able to work as part of a team, and will be adept at initiating and maintaining relationships at all corporate levels. An outstanding communicator and presenter, you will also have excellent organisation and time management skills. Evidence of selling into the private sector is essential, as is appreciation of current business and management issues. A working knowledge of management training and development within the higher and further education sectors would be a distinct advantage.
