Salary: £35000 OTE: £52000

Regional Business Development Manager – Service Contracts – M&E / Building Services Sector – South West/Wales

£35-40,000 Basic + £12,000 Commissions + Quality Company Car + Full Benefits

Swansea, Cardiff, Newport, Gloucester, Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Taunton, Exeter.

 

This is an opportunity to join an established and ‘premier league’ operation in the field of M & E Building services / Facilities Management Service provision. 

This role will focus in the South West and South Wales Region and will involve account management as well as Business Development with a range of customers and markets.  Key customers will be End User specifiers, public sector specifiers, consultants and management companies.  There will be full training and induction with excellent career opportunities.

 

To apply you will require the following:

 

- A track record in professional sales in the service contracts or Building Services or HVAC or closely related sectors.

 

- A track record in the preparation and submission of tenders to help secure sales in this market sector.

 

- A good ‘technical grounding’ and good levels of numeracy, literacy and IT/PC literacy.

 

- A South West or South Wales location – preferably in the Bristol, Bath, Swindon, Gloucester, Taunton, Newport or Cardiff areas.

 

- A track record in sales to local authority or public sector specifiers or to end users or to consultants.

 

- Excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to build strong working relationships in a competitive and rewarding sales environment.

 

- A track record in winning new business as well as the maintenance and development of existing accounts.
