As one of the leading telecommunications companies, our client has grown phenomenally over the last 13 years to become one of the most successful service providers in the industry. An opportunity has now arisen for a Recruitment Advisor / On Site Recruiter to join their team.

Working closely with the Recruitment Manager, as a Recruitment Advisor / On Site Recruiter you will be responsible for sourcing sales candidates by a mixture of networking and using online job boards. You will also be required to manage the recruitment agencies the company uses, and take ownership for the general smooth running of the recruitment process, from receipt of a role through to the new starter process.
To succeed as the Recruitment Advisor / On Site Recruiter you must have previous recruitment experience, ideally gained in a sales recruitment position. The ideal candidate will also have experience of dealing with people at a senior level. You will also need to demonstrate an understanding of how to recruit through advertising, searching CV database and networking.
Importantly you will have a proactive attitude with an excellent telephone manner, strong time management skills, and good interpersonal/rapport building skills. You must also have strong communication skills as you will be required to advise internally and present/sell opportunities externally on a daily basis.
This role will include the opportunity to earn bonus' based on saving on agency recruitment fees by sourcing candidates directly, number of leads gained per month and number of candidates contacted.
