Purpose of the role:

The Product Manager - Voice will be responsible for the all Voice products within the AOL Broadband Access product portfolio. This includes managing products throughout their product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with Business Operations, Member Services and Business Change Function to deliver successful new initiatives. It also includes working with key stakeholders to ensure performance metrics are met. The Product Manager's job also includes ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company's overall strategy and goals.

Responsibilities

- Define the Voice product strategy and roadmap
- Deliver product requirements with prioritized features and corresponding business cases
- Drive product innovation across the Voice product portfolio and ensure all products fulfil the twin goals of profitability and competitiveness
- Develop a good understanding of technical and operational aspects of the product
- Be an expert with respect to the competition
- Develop good relations with other areas of the business including finance, tech, operations and MS
- Work with the Sales & Acquisition and Customer Marketing teams to define:

Product positioning and messaging
Channel mix
Sales tools and collateral
Customer contact strategy and rollout

- Deliver revenue forecast and reporting
- Work with the Product Delivery team to train Member Services and mobilise sales channels as required
- Work with the Business Operations and Member Services teams to:

Help define business-as-usual operational processes and relationships to support the Access product portfolio
Identify and resolve business- and/or customer-impacting issues

- Act as a leader within the company

Knowledge/Skills:

- Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager experience
- Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
- Financial and analytical skills to analyse data and prepare business cases
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High level Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Excellent teamwork skills
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
