Aaron Wallis are a dynamic sales recruitment and training business with a vision to be ‘recognised and respected by all UK sales professionals'. Due to continued growth we are looking to hire two further research consultants to support our recruitment consultants and directors.
Please note, this is NOT a sales role and is NOT a stereotypical recruitment environment! The role is service delivery with daily candidate and employer client liaison.
This is an ideal role for a highly organised, articulate and professional individual that has the confidence to manage both employer client and candidate expectations.
Day to day tasks include sourcing applicants using advanced internet research techniques, advert writing, telephone interviewing and screening candidates, co-ordinating mail shots and handling incoming calls.
This is a highly varied and creative role that requires high levels of organisational, project management and planning skills. To succeed you will be highly confident achiever with a broad range of skills. You will be an above average user of the Microsoft Office software suite and be a well organised, conscientious and positive character.
Our commission scheme is easy to understand and market leading. In your first year you should easily earn £10K to £15K (non pro-rata) above your basic salary.
