Part Time Medical Receptionist Central London £8.00 - £9.00 per hour
My Client a corporate medical and health facility based in Central London is looking for an experienced Part time Medical Receptionist to use a comprehensive database, booking clients for medical appointments including dental, GP, health assessments, physio and beauty treatment appointments.
You will already be a Medical Receptionist who is seeking part time work. Your role will primarily be on the phone all day taking bookings and enquiries over the telephone. You will need to be accurate and have lots of use of initiative, a smart appearance is essential along with diplomacy and a confident telephone manner. You will be working in a busy fun environment alongside one other Medical Receptionist.
You will need to have a cool head and not be fazed by sometimes awkward or demanding clients. You will be responsible for answering the telephone and making appointments as well as being the first point of contact face to face.
For this position it is essential that you have a minimum of 1 years experience and that you are used to booking appointments for many practitioners, and are able to multi - task while remaining calm in a busy and sometimes pressurised working environment.
Hours of work are Monday to Wednesday only 7.00-4.00, 9.00-6.00 or 10.00-7.00pm, you will need to be prepared to work different shifts between the hours of 7.00am -7.00pm.
