Our client is one of the World’s Leading International Insurance and Financial Services’ organisations, with operations in more than 130 countries and jurisdictions world-wide. Their UK division is one of the UK’s leading providers of pensions, protection, investments and wealth management services.

Their continued growth and success has resulted in the need to appoint a National Sales Manager / UK Sales Manager who will be responsible for their Direct Sales Division.

Currently they have 250 self employed Consultants and Area Sales Managers across the UK advising on a range of protection products. As the National Sales Manager / UK Sales Manager you’ll be primarily responsible for growing and developing this team in order to meet increasing sales targets and achieve budget plans.

As the National Sales Manager / UK Sales Manager you must be able to demonstrate a successful proven track record in direct sales along with experience of recruiting, developing and managing at regional level. You’ll also need to have a ‘hands on’ management approach, creating an environment that stimulates and delivers high individual performance, integrity, satisfaction and retention.
