National Retail Manager - Kitchens and Bedrooms (Field Based)

£40,000 - £80,000 DOE
With a turnover of over £7.5m, our client has established itself as one of the pre-eminent suppliers in the country for classically designed, handmade kitchens and bedrooms of the highest quality. Privately owned since 1975, the company manufactures and installs its own designs and provides a complete in-house service to its clients. An opportunity has now arisen for a high calibre National Retail Manager to join them and play a key role.
Reporting to the MD, as the National Retail Manager you will manage the sales design function within their showrooms located in Altrincham, Old Amersham, Esher and Halifax. This opportunity offers excellent long-term prospects to an exceptional applicant.
In this field based role your key responsibilities will be to ensure that all designers deliver maximum sales to the agreed quality and service standards, and delivering an excellent customer experience to clients. You will also grow the company by providing leadership to the sales designers by influencing them and driving standards through.
To succeed as the National Retail Manager you will have managed designers in the same or a justifiably similar retail business. You will also need a flair for design, experience of presenting quotations, and sales experience in a retail/commercial environment.
