THE ROLE:
A Managing Director position has arisen with a prestigious manufacturer of capital equipment/systems. This Managing Director role will involve managing this UK subsidiary, including full man-management and profit and loss responsibilities, budgets, market & competition analysis, be fully responsible for the whole sales & service activities within the UK, assist in new product development, develop turnover in new and existing markets, as well as full UK marketing responsibility, and will require that your management, sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class. Reporting directly to the European Director, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the UK.

THE CANDIDATE:
•Able to commute to Buckinghamshire on a daily basis.
•Well experienced man-manager.
•Need to have a technical understanding and experience in capital equipment/systems.
•Experience of selling not only to end users, but also distributors would be highly favourable.
•Possess excellent commercial flair.
•Experience in growing a business. Candidate will possess experience in dealing heavily with the aerospace, automotive and sub suppliers in the UK.
•Need at least 10 years sales experience.
•Strong personality.
•Sales focused.
THE PACKAGE:
Basic Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 basic
Commission: £70,000 anticipated 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
