Brief job description:
Established over 10-years ago, our client’s product range has grown to include brass, stainless steel, carbon steel and cast iron valves, and a full range of UPVC and ABS pipes, fittings and valves. Field based and working from home, the role will involve selling to pipe work distributors and engineering merchants and ensuring that the sales and customer service objectives are met and that all of the customers are managed in a professional and well organised manner.
The successful candidate will report directly to the Sales Director and be a relationship builder who whilst being able to win new business, will be an accomplished account manager able to demonstrate capability in managing the entire sales process from identifying a product requirement through to delivery. Knowledge or experience of selling to this sector or to the construction and/ or utilities sectors would be highly desirable, but our client will consider applicants with other customer focussed industrial sales related business to business experience.
