Loss Prevention Manager, Retail Head Office, Pan European. Upto £41,000 Including Car Allowance and Bonuses plus extensive corporate benefits package.
One of the UK's largest retail groups is seeking a Business Process Risk Evaluator/Loss Prevention Manager for one of their specific Divisions. To succeed you will have previous experience of loss prevention, audit, risk management from within the retail sector.
Ideally a graduate you will be highly commercially aware and have an excellent understanding of business processes and workflow process including supply chain and distribution. You will have excellent IT Skills and be keen to learn new state of the art business planning and mapping software systems.
As this is a pan European role you will be expected to travel extensively and typically you will spend 5-7 overnights away from home per month. Languages are not required as English is the spoken business language across this retail group but knowledge of European (particularly Central and Eastern European) business cultures would be an asset.
Reporting into the Group Loss Prevention Manager you will have very high levels of interaction with other group departments, particularly retail operations. In addition, as the role is to put in place process change to prevent loss you will need strong negotiation and influencing skills.
In this role you will have high levels of autonomy and the role is available to applicants anywhere in the UK on the proviso that they are within one hour of an international airport and close to solid road/rail infrastructure links.
