THE ROLE
Strategic Sales key account management roles have become vacant for a world leading company. As a key account manager you will be involved in complex negotiations, e.g. annual contractual negotiations, non-disclosure agreements. You will be able to spot and pursue wider sales opportunities for the company by networking at senior level dealing with Innovation directors and board positions. The roles will be focused on sales development operating in a newly created UK regional business unit, namely construction Markets. To grow sales and to develop awareness of company cross divisional product solutions at strategic accounts & decision making units to include contractors, architects, construction related public organisations & Olympic delivery organisations. The positions will require you to sell a range of products that would include Cladding, Fit out solutions, Rfid, Matting, M&E products, window film and anything that would encompass a building envelope. The purpose and direction would be to sell to major construction companies a range of product solutions and negotiate PSL agreements.

THE CANDIDATE
•Recent experience in the construction market is essential
•Extensive experience of selling technical solutions into the construction market in the UK is essential (either as seller, buyer or specifier)
•Extensive knowledge of construction procurement policies and procedures is essential
•Knowledge of key structures, agencies and individuals is essential
•Knowledge of current major investment projects and the market landscape that surrounds them is important.
THE PACKAGE
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000
Commission: 20%
