Working within major projects and managed services, they deliver a variety of outsourced teams for the management of technology. An opportunity has now arisen for a Junior Recruitment Consultant / Candidate Resourcer to join their team.

As a Junior Recruitment Consultant / Candidate Resourcer you will be responsible for defining, sourcing and assigning technical candidates to outsourced projects. This will involve working with internal and external contacts to define the job, working with the Delivery team in order to agree an attraction campaign and sourcing methods, liaising with candidates and end-clients throughout the selection process, and completing all admin work to support the new hire start the role.
Your responsibilities do not end here, as you will also be responsible for maintaining contact with all parties throughout the project, and providing support when team changes are required. When projects are completed, you will also play a part in re-allocating the candidates into new opportunities.
To succeed as a Junior Recruitment Consultant / Candidate Resourcer you will need to demonstrate great communication skills, proficiency using MS Office, and the proven ability to work under pressure. Equally as important will be your strong attention to detail, and superb ability to build rapport over the telephone.
Previous recruitment experience or knowledge of recruitment legislation would be beneficial, but is by no means essential as full training will be provided.
