International Sales Manager, FMCG Non Food – Cosmetics / Fashion, £60,000 Basic, £80,000 OTE Year One (£100K Plus year two) + Executive package

One of the UK's largest supplier of own brand cosmetics and consumer goods into International Retailers is seeking a consummate International Sales Manager to increase their market share and sales activity across America. This is an entrepreneurial role where the potential to earn will be uncapped and the basic salary is deliberately lower than the norm as the company want an individual that will be driven to earn a significant six figure salary.
Already one of the leading cosmetics suppliers to the American retail market your role will involve extensive travel across the United Sates dealing with the major retail, grocery, wholesale and distribution markets.
Based in either the UK or USA you must have significant experience of winning and managing major multiple accounts with the major grocery store chains, wholesalers and distributors. As a large part of the role is setting up and managing distribution chain you will be a ‘hands on' leader that passionately drives products through distribution.
You will be highly credible and well regarded in the sector and be able to demonstrate loyalty and longevity of service throughout your career. You will be an innovator, always looking for product improvement and opportunities for business growth. As you are targeted on quarterly sales growth the role demands a dynamic business leader that is looking for a long term career role with one of the most impressive businesses that we've had the privilege to recruit for.
