Backed by significant Government funding this established training and consultancy provider has quadrupled in size in the last 5 years. Providing training and consultancy to growing businesses in the South East of England the role is largely telesales based introducing new training courses to existing clients. This is a rewarding and proactive role in a large team that has an excellent team ethic and is a fun, professional and challenging environment.

To succeed you will have at least one years’ experience in a targeted, proactive sales environment. As significant training and development are offered no previous industry experience is required. In time you are expected to become highly knowledgeable so a thirst for knowledge would be of tremendous benefit. In addition you will have excellent communication skills both oral and written, and be well presented with a mindset of self and team improvement together with a “can-do” attitude. 

You will be self motivated and have the sprit to motivate those around you. Opportunities to grow into Team Leadership roles and sales management are highly realistic within twelve months.
