£22,000 Basic salary, £45,000 OTE. The role also includes 6 weeks training in Victoria, Australia
Cutting edge technology provider has won numerous awards in Australia for both their innovative products and the management of their staff. Having launched in the UK back in February 2008 they have already made significant inroads and are embarking on increasing their sales team. The solution is unique harnessing SMS technology to connect teams, improve communication and increase data capture in the field. As the technology is unique the role includes 6 weeks training at the international HQ in Melbourne, Australia.
The role is following and closing enquiries and there will be some face to face contact with clients. As the role is reporting directly into the International Sales Manager, based in Melbourne you must be highly self motivated and have a very high work ethic and drive to succeed.
To succeed you will be an intelligent, solution provider with telesales or call centre experience. You will be passionate, enthusiastic and looking for a long term career role. To apply you must have a consistent and logical career demonstrating longevity with employers throughout your CV.
In addition as they are only looking for the most outstanding individuals you must be one of the best in your team AND you must be able to prove this at interview i.e. league tables, testimonials and references.
You must be a stable character that is energetic, proactive and able to work autonomously. You will be a first rate communicator that likes to be busy and proactively makes things happen.
You will have a burning desire to be the best. The current members of the team are all high achievers outside of work wither academically or in sports and as such they are looking for a winner!
