Our client is a forward thinking company that provides business education through a series of programmes ranging from Planning Days, Work Shops and One to One Mentoring. They are now looking for an enthusiastic Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive to join their team.
If you're the kind of person that is confident on the telephone and will relish the chance to develop your skills this is the ideal role for you. You will receive on the job training and you'll be pushed to achieve amazing results – both for you and the company.
As an Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive your role will involve telemarketing to small and medium business owners with the aim of registering people to attend the company's business development seminars. You will also be responsible for setting up appointments for our client's coaches to carry out complimentary coaching sessions.
This role will also involve tracking and monitoring your calls, making sure you can record any future follow up calls, and keeping a record of calls made – providing you with a platform to demonstrate your efficient and organised way of working.
To succeed as an Internal Sales Executive / Telesales Executive ideally you will have previous experience in a business to business, or client facing role, however this isn't essential as long as you can demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic approach, and excellent communication and listening skills.
