Our client is a Friendly , Staffordshire / Debyshire based , leading supplier of Industrial Chemicals to a range of industries , including Manufacturing companies , Food companies , Water Treatment companies and many more.
They are now looking for an Indoor Sales Executive / Telesales Executive to join their friendly New Business Sales team , to be based at the companies modern , spacious , relaxed , office just outside Lichfield , Staffordshire , selling via the telephone to a range of customers .
The role will involve a mixture of Telesales New Business prospecting and some Telesales Account Management of current customers Thus the role will involve outbound telesales , inbound telesales , telesales campaigns , prospecting and warm / cold calling and general call account management . A mixture of Pro active and reactive telesales.
The company work on the basis of Building relationships with their clients , not a hard sell philosopy , more friendly ongoing contact which will then lead to longer term sales. They want the customer to have a pleasurable telephone experience.
Your customer base will be focussed towards developing new business from the company which will come from a variety of sources incuding Existing customer lists , former customers , quotation customers , marketing database lists and on an adhoc basis project customers from specific Product market sectors.
REQUIREMENTS;
This sales role requires a person with previous sales and Telesales ability.
B2B sales experience.
Strong communication skills and a clear , articulate , confident and comfortable telephone manner.
Flexible and customer focussed with a professional manner and positive attitude.
Organised , accurate and responsible , with a detailed approach to workload.
Good inter personal skills.
Commercially aware.
IT / Computer literate , Excel essential , Lotus Notes and ACT preferred.
Internal Sales Executive , based near Lichfield , Staffs / Derbyshire . Salary of between £14k and £18k basic , dependent on experience , + Company bonus paid Quarterly , + good range of additional benefits.
