Brief job description:

Our client is a West Midlands  based Stainless Steel  company .

They are now looking for an Indoor  Sales Executive , to be based at the companies base in Walsall  , selling Stainless Steel  via the telephone to a range of customers who include Metal companies , Fabricators , Pipe Companies , Pipe Installation companies and Engineering companies.

The role will involve a mixture of Telesales New Business prospecting , Telesales Account Management of current customers and General administration and account planning. Thus the role will involve outbound telesales , inbound telesales , prospecting and cold calling and  general inbound call account management . A mixture of Pro active and reactive telesales.

REQUIREMENTS;

This sales role requires a person with previous sales and  Telesales ability.

Strong communication skills and a clear , articulate , confident and comfortable  telephone manner.

A background in Stainless Steel sales is required.

Flexible and customer focussed with a professional manner.

Organised , accurate and responsible , with a detailed approach to workload.

Good inter personal skills.

Commercially aware.

Computer literate.
