Synopsis:  Sales professionals used to an inside sales role but who are keen to develop longer term with face to face sales as a part of the role. Ideally from a technical sales background e.g IT but other driven sales individuals will be considered.  Circa £28k basic ote £40k uncapped  Based Egham with occasional european travel. Fluent English and business fluency Norwegian essential.

POSITION SUMMARY

The sales force is the foundation upon which the full line of our clients products and services rests. You'll enjoy the support of the entire organization and have access to leading edge technologies that make managing your accounts a more efficient process.

Our Inside Account Managers build and grow strategic relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers. They sell our clients products and service via the telephone and strategically plan each and every renewal.

POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES AND SPECIFIC DUTIES

• Work with approx. 40-50 accounts to build relationships and develop customers who renew their services on a regular basis.
• Maintain a retention rate of 80% to 100% within their assigned territory.
• Produce new business within the client territory that meets the quota guidelines.
• Forecast new business and renewal of existing business on a monthly basis with a +/- 10% accuracy rate.
• Attain all established individual indicators, objectives, quotas and guidelines.
• Produce and maintain an accurate client database.
• Provide the client base with the latest in our clients offerings, and product enhancements.
• Continually stay abreast of new product offers and technology.
• Attend all company sponsored training sessions and apply learned techniques to sales function.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS

• Graduate preferred OR 4 years business experience - 2 of which ideally will have been in a technology sales environment but truly driven individuals from other sales backgrounds will be considered
• Must be able to thrive in a quota driven environment
• Understanding and aptitude for the Information Technology Industry
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and conduct effective client presentations via the telephone
• Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team environment

• Ability to be flexible and self-motivated
