Hotel  Restaurant Manager required for major 4 *  Hotel , part of an International chain of prestigious Hotels in Slough / Windsor

You will have Restaurant management responsibilities for 2 Restaurants within this hotel ;

a)    Prestigious  30 cover , traditional British .

b)    100 cover modern European

You will have an enthusiastic and experienced approach to food and wine , with a guest–friendly manner.

You will have previously  worked in quality Hotel Restaurants and possess the skills to enhance the Hotels already high standards of service. This will include experience within a strong Corporate 4 star Hotel background.

The quality of food delivery and production within the Hotel and Restaurant is  absolutely critical to the customer experience and your role will play a key part in setting and maintaining high standards to ensure guests expectations are consistently exceeded.

Your skills and experience will include ;

Budgetary control

People Management

Communication and Inter personal skills.

Customer service

4* Corporate Hotel Restaurant management experience

The company offers a salary of circa £22k dependent on experience.
