As one of Europe’s leading office furniture manufacturers and suppliers, our client is planning to continue its growth within the UK by developing its SME business through new local business centres across the country. They are now looking to appoint a Head of Regional Sales / Head of Regional Business for the Northern Region to fulfil a key role in this development.
Reporting to the Sales Director, as the Head of Regional Sales / Head of Regional Business your role will be to lead and coordinate a number teams based at local Business Centres. This is a new post within the company, and provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced sales leader to be part of the next stage of the company’s growth in the UK.
To succeed as the Head of Regional Sales / Head of Regional Business you must have previous sales experience and proven leadership skills from within a B2B environment, preferably within a management role. As regional P&L responsibility will be included, you will also need sound commercial and financial understanding.
Success in the role will be seen to be the achievement of sales targets across the region, improved market awareness and motivated, successful sales teams.
The remuneration package will comprise of a good basic salary and bonus (OTE in the region of £60,000), a company car and a flexible benefits package including generous contributory pension scheme, life cover and healthcare.
