WE ARE CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR A GERMAN REGIONAL BUSINESS MANAGER.
Our clients business was established in the UK in 1979 and today is the trade’s favourite supplier of vehicle cleaning products in many territories around the world. They develop and manufacture all of their own products, and distribute them exclusively through an international network of franchisees.
Each franchisee operates from a ‘mobile showroom’ – a purpose built vehicle, laid out inside like a supermarket. The customer comes on board, sees the full range of products, and tries out the ones he is interested in. He then takes immediate delivery and can start using the product straight away. Combine this system with our excellent product range and you can see why, wherever they are, they are the market leader.
Successful franchisees are fundamental to their success as a company. They provide their franchisees with world-class training and support in order to ensure their success. As a Regional Business Manager, delivering this training and support would be a major part of your role.
On top of this training and support, you will be called upon to manage a team of franchisees based in Germany, to motivate and coach them and to give them direction. You will, both formally and informally, review their businesses with them and give them guidance on both where and how to take their businesses in the future.
So, not only will you be developing your own skills and experience – you will also be working with people who are building their own businesses and who are looking to you for guidance and support. As you can imagine, this is a hugely motivating role, and we look for the highest calibre of recruits to fulfil this key position within the organisation.
The company have been running their RBM development programme for graduates for 4 years now, with great success. There are now 8 graduates in the team supporting British, Irish, Belgian, French, and Dutch franchisees , bringing the company a wealth of international experience and knowledge.
Recruits from this programme have delivered great results, both for the company and for their franchisees, following on from the training that they themselves have received.
Training and development of the graduate RBM is, as you would imagine, is very important. You will be provided with training in all elements of sales and sales management – not just learning how to sell, but how to get the best out of a sales force and how to motivate, manage, coach and direct a sales team.
We are looking for a fluent German speaking graduate who is wishing to embark upon a career in sales and sales management. Someone who is prepared to commit to a 2 year intensive training programme in the UK and who will then relocate to Germany to look after the companies franchisees.
The rewards are superb and include a starting basic of £20K + Car, rising to £35K basic + £15K bonus within 2 years. Once your training has been completed you can then expect to be earning a basic of £35K-£40K with a bonus giving an OTE of £55K +
