Upto £30,000 Basic
This is a challenging and unusual role as you will be managing a wide range of characters whose responsibilities include: customer service, bids and tenders, credit control, marketing, inbound sales and technical support. You must therefore be a great team leader, highly organised and one that leads by example.
Your day to day role is managing and co-ordinating the team ensuring that all systems and processes are adhered to and that maximum efficiency is achieved. The company therefore require an individual that sets and measures key performance and someone that is both highly capable and self-motivated. The role is mentoring, training, developing staff to ensure continuous business improvement so you will be resilient, thick skinned, flexible and upbeat – the kind of person that no matter what always has a smile on their face!
You will have a straightforward approach and have an ability to deal with numerous projects at once, co-ordinating resources and ensuring that every project follows the required schedule. You will be highly systems and process oriented and an individual that takes responsibility and ownership. As you will be a key member of the management team you will be a rounded character looking for a long term career role.
To apply you will have office management or general management or ‘team leader' experience ideally with a technical or manufacturing business. You will be highly IT literate, incredibly organised and have good numeracy and business writing skills.
